When will the conference go live?
The Conference will begin at 11:00 AM EDT on May 5th. There will be several different sessions throughout the day that will each have different designated times and locations. All of the exact start times, details, and links will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event.
If I miss anything during the live conference will there be a recorded version for me to watch later?
Yes, all attendees will have unlimited access to all recorded conference sessions through the end of the year. Access will expire on Jan. 1, 2021.
What is your cancellation policy
If you cancel before May 4th, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT you may put in a request for a 100% refund. No refunds for cancellations after May 4th, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT.
How do I log in to access the live broadcast?
All registered attendees will be asked to create a login (using a valid email address) and password when purchasing their conference ticket. Prior to the event, all registered attendees will receive a link via email directing them to the location of the live event. Attendees will be asked to provide their username and password before gaining access to the page.
What do I need to attend?
All you need is an internet connection, a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone, and the desire to learn more about Lightroom.
Will the instructors be providing any downloads for their sessions?
Yes, some of the instructors may provide asset files or short video tutorial wrap-ups. All downloadable files will be able to be accessed on the live event page.
Can I switch between track A and track B?
Yes, you absolutely can! The tracks were created to act as a guide. We have designed the live conference site so that you can very easily switch back and forth as often as you would like, or not at all. It is all up to you.
